How a half-day works
Drop us the list of dishes you want shot. We'll come back within a day with a date, a half- or full-day call, and a short prep list.
Your chef cooks the menu three steps from the camera, or brings prepped components and plates them hot. Either works.
Maya styles, Dani lights, the pan goes from flame to frame in under two minutes. Replate in ninety seconds, not ninety.
Edited high-res for menus and print, web and social crops, raw selects on request. In a shared folder within a week.

The test kitchen
Replate in ninety seconds, not ninety minutes. Gas, induction, plancha, salamander, and a stylist's bench stocked with tweezers, torches, and steam tricks. Nothing wilts on the way over because nothing travels.

"They plated, shot, and re-plated our whole brunch menu in one morning. The labneh shot still gets saved on Instagram every week."
Noa Bar-Lev, Cafe Shuk
Booked a half-day, came back for the autumn menu.
"Having a real kitchen on set meant we shot the pasta hot instead of glued and sprayed. You can tell."
Yossi Adler, Trattoria Levontin
Full-day shoot, 22 dishes, one lunch eaten on the floor.
"We walked in with a tray of cold mezze and walked out with the packaging line, three menu shots, and a month of socials."
Tamar Edri, Sabich & Co.
Half-day, packaging plus reels, leftovers became lunch for two studios.
